This role offers you the opportunity to be part of a supportive team that pride themselves on providing top level customer service. Based in our Dunedin office, you will provide professional communication with electricity users and the wider public regarding the Aurora Energy network.

If you have outstanding customer experience and administration skills, recent and relevant experience in similar roles, a positive and flexible attitude and the ability to fit in to new environments effortlessly then this is your opportunity!

• The ability to work effectively under pressure and diffuse situations
• Data entry and analytical skills
• Previous experience in a customer experience role
